Your work records stay local
Jobs, hourly rates, shift times, break details, pay rules, paycheck checks, reminders, and report files are stored on your device unless you choose to export or share them.
Ads, analytics, and crash reports are used
Shivro uses Google services for ads, consent management, analytics, crash reporting, Play Services, and Play Billing. These services may process device, usage, ad, diagnostic, and purchase data under their own policies.
No Shivro account is required
Shivro does not require a Shivro account and does not operate its own cloud sync service for your shift, pay, or paycheck records.
1. Information You Provide or Create
When you use Shivro, you may create or enter information such as:
- Job names or employer labels, hourly rates, currency, country, region, timezone, standard workday settings, overtime rules, premium pay rules, and pay period settings.
- Shift records, including dates, start times, end times, unpaid break minutes, paid break minutes, public holiday flags, day-off or rest-day flags, tips, bonuses, deductions, and calculated pay components.
- Paycheck check records, including expected gross pay, actual paid amount, difference amount, currency, job label, review status, and saved paycheck history.
- Reminder preferences, theme settings, onboarding state, premium access state, free-use counters, and rewarded-ad unlock state.
- PDF and CSV paycheck reports that you choose to generate, save, export, or share.
Shivro stores this user-created work and pay information in the app's local storage on your Android device. LTeam does not automatically upload your shift records, paycheck history, job names, or report contents to LTeam servers.
2. Local Storage and Exports
Shivro is designed as a local-first app. Your main work records and preferences are stored locally using Android app storage. Generated reports may be stored in app cache or internal app storage and may be shared through Android system sharing or saved through Android document flows when you choose those actions.
The current app manifest disables Android app backup for Shivro. However, exported PDF or CSV files remain wherever you choose to save or share them. If you upload, send, or store exported files using another app or cloud service, that third party's privacy policy applies.
3. Information Collected Automatically
Shivro uses Firebase Analytics to understand broad app usage and improve the app. Analytics events may include screen views, button actions, ad lifecycle events, purchase events, consent status events, report export format, whether Pro access is active, and shift-saved events. A shift-saved event may include the calculated gross pay value and currency for that saved shift.
Shivro does not intentionally send job names, employer labels, shift start or end times, break details, notes, paycheck actual-paid values, exported report contents, or full local history to Firebase Analytics.
Firebase Crashlytics may collect crash reports and diagnostics such as crash traces, app version, device model, operating system version, timestamps, installation identifiers, and other technical information needed to diagnose app errors.
4. Advertising, Consent, and Purchases
Shivro is an ad-supported app and may show app open ads, banner ads, native ads, or rewarded ads through Google AdMob. AdMob and related Google services may collect or receive information such as IP address, approximate location inferred from IP address, device information, advertising identifiers, app interactions, ad interactions, diagnostics, and fraud-prevention signals to provide ads, measure performance, prevent abuse, and comply with legal requirements.
Shivro uses Google's User Messaging Platform where required to request and manage ad privacy choices. Depending on your region and settings, you may be able to choose whether ads are personalized.
Shivro may offer Pro subscriptions through Google Play Billing. Purchase processing is handled by Google Play. LTeam and Shivro receive purchase status, product identifiers, and purchase tokens needed to unlock, acknowledge, and restore Pro access, but do not receive your full payment card details.
You can manage ad personalization and advertising ID settings through your Android device settings and Google's ad settings.
5. Permissions and Device Features
Shivro may use the following Android permissions or system features:
- Internet: used for ads, analytics, crash reporting, consent management, Play Billing, and related Google services.
- Notifications: used to send local payday reminders if you enable reminders and grant notification permission.
- Run after boot, app update, time change, or timezone change: used to reschedule local payday reminders so they remain accurate.
- File sharing through Android FileProvider: used when you generate, share, or export PDF or CSV reports.
Shivro does not request camera, microphone, precise location, contacts, SMS, call log, calendar, or account access.
6. Third-Party Services
Shivro may use the following third-party services. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies and terms:
7. How Information Is Used
Information handled by Shivro is used to:
- Provide shift tracking, gross pay estimates, overtime calculations, premium pay calculations, paycheck comparison, paycheck history, reports, exports, and local payday reminders.
- Show and measure ads, manage ad consent, and support rewarded-ad unlocks.
- Process Pro subscriptions, unlock premium features, remove ads for active Pro users, and restore purchases.
- Understand app usage patterns and improve reliability, usability, performance, and feature quality.
- Detect, diagnose, and fix crashes or technical issues.
- Respond to support requests when you choose to contact LTeam.
8. Sharing and Disclosure
LTeam does not sell your shift records, job details, paycheck history, reports, or compensation information. Information may be shared or processed in these cases:
- With third-party service providers listed in this policy, as needed to provide ads, analytics, crash reporting, billing, consent management, and related app functionality.
- With external apps, storage providers, email apps, messaging apps, or document locations when you intentionally export, save, share, or send a PDF or CSV report.
- When required to comply with law, enforce policies, prevent fraud or abuse, or protect rights, safety, and security.
9. Data Retention and Deletion
Work and pay information stored locally remains on your device until you edit it, delete it, clear app data, uninstall the app, or otherwise remove it through Android or Shivro features.
Generated report files in app cache or internal app storage may remain until replaced, deleted by the app or Android, cleared with app data, or removed during uninstall. Exported files remain wherever you chose to save or share them.
Analytics, crash, ads, consent, and billing data processed by Google services are retained according to those providers' policies and your account/device settings.
Because Shivro does not require a Shivro account, there is no Shivro account to delete. You can delete local Shivro data by deleting records in the app where available, clearing app data in Android settings, or uninstalling the app.
10. Security
Shivro uses Android app storage, Android permission controls, and Android FileProvider sharing to help protect information on your device. Data sent to Google services by their SDKs is transmitted using secure transport where provided by those services. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your device, lock screen, exported reports, backups, and any external storage or cloud service you choose to use.
11. Children's Privacy
Shivro is not directed to children under 13. LTeam does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through Shivro, contact LTeam so appropriate action can be taken.
12. International Use
Third-party services used by Shivro may process information on servers located in different countries. By using Shivro, you understand that technical, analytics, advertising, crash, consent, and billing data may be processed outside your country of residence according to the applicable third-party policies.
13. Changes to This Policy
LTeam may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Shivro after a policy update means you accept the updated policy.
14. Contact
If you have questions, requests, or concerns about this Privacy Policy or Shivro privacy practices, contact LTeam at lteamrick3@gmail.com.
