Your tasks are stored locally
Tasks, subtasks, categories, schedules, reminder settings, and preferences are stored on your device unless Android backup or device transfer is used.
Google services are used
The app uses Google services for advertising, analytics, crash reports, performance monitoring, remote configuration, and purchases.
No app account is required
To-Do List does not require an LTeam account and does not operate its own cloud synchronization service for your task content.
1. Information You Provide or Create
When you use To-Do List, you may create information such as task and subtask titles, notes, categories, priorities, dates, completion status, colors, and reminder schedules. You may also select preferences such as language, theme, task display options, and ad-removal status.
This content is stored in the app's local storage on your Android device. LTeam does not automatically upload your task titles, notes, categories, or schedules to LTeam servers.
2. Local Storage, Backup, and Device Transfer
To-Do List stores task content and app preferences locally. The app allows Android backup and uses Android data extraction rules. Depending on your device, Android version, Google account, manufacturer, and settings, Android or Google backup and device-transfer systems may back up or transfer app data. LTeam does not control those platform services.
3. Information Collected Automatically
To-Do List uses Firebase Analytics to understand general app usage and improve features. Analytics may include app interactions, screen views, device and app information, approximate region, and advertising or installation identifiers where permitted.
Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Performance Monitoring may process crash reports, stack traces, diagnostic events, device model, operating system and app versions, timestamps, network and performance measurements, and related technical information. Firebase Remote Config provides app configuration values and may process technical identifiers needed to deliver them.
These Google services are not intended to receive the task titles, notes, or category names you enter into the app.
4. Advertising and Purchases
To-Do List is ad-supported and may show banner, native, interstitial, or app-open ads through Google AdMob. Google and its partners may process advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, device information, app activity, diagnostics, and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads, prevent fraud, and comply with legal requirements.
The app may offer an option to remove ads through Google Play Billing. Google Play processes payments. LTeam receives purchase status needed to unlock the feature but does not receive your full payment card details.
Where required, Google consent tools may be used to present and store advertising privacy choices. You can also manage ad personalization and your advertising ID through Android and Google settings.
5. Permissions and Device Features
- Notifications: used to show task reminders after you grant notification permission.
- Exact alarms: used to schedule reminders at the time you select. Android may provide a system setting for this access.
- Run after device restart: used to restore scheduled reminders after your device reboots.
- Internet and network access: may be added by included Google libraries and used for ads, analytics, crash reporting, performance monitoring, remote configuration, billing, and app updates.
- Home-screen widget: displays task information you choose to make available through the To-Do List widget and lets you interact with supported task actions.
- Backup and device transfer: may be handled by Android or Google according to your device and account settings.
6. Third-Party Services
The app may use the following third-party services, whose information practices are governed by their own policies:
7. How Information Is Used
- Provide task planning, categorization, reminders, calendar, insights, and widget features.
- Save your preferences and recognize ad-removal purchase status.
- Show and measure ads and manage applicable privacy choices.
- Understand app usage, monitor performance, diagnose crashes, and improve reliability.
- Respond to support requests when you choose to contact LTeam.
8. Sharing and Disclosure
LTeam does not sell your task content. Information may be processed by the third-party providers listed above as needed to deliver their services, when you intentionally share information with another app or service, when required by law, or when necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, or security threats.
9. Data Retention and Deletion
Task content stored locally remains on your device until you edit or delete it, clear the app's data, uninstall the app, or remove it through Android backup or device-transfer controls. Data processed by Google services is retained according to Google's policies and your device or account settings.
10. Security
To-Do List relies on Android app storage and permission controls to help protect locally stored information. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your device, lock screen, Google account, and backups.
11. Children's Privacy
To-Do List is not directed to children under 13. LTeam does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact LTeam so appropriate action can be taken.
12. International Processing
Third-party services used by To-Do List may process technical, analytics, advertising, crash, performance, configuration, or billing data on servers in different countries according to their applicable policies.
13. Changes to This Policy
LTeam may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
